Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 box (15 ounces) chocolate cake mix

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Put the beans and water into a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the cake mix into a mixing bowl. Add the beans. Stir until just combined. 
  3. Put tablespoons full of the dough onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 8 minutes.
