At 30Seconds, we love our easy bread recipes. That means if there's a shortcut involved, we're intrigued! That's exactly the case with this shortcut bread recipe. A secret ingredient makes this quick bread recipe pure magic! And, there's only two ingredients in this bread recipe. Seriously!

So what's the secret ingredient? Ice cream! We know, right? Wow! This two-ingredient quick bread recipe can be any flavor because one of the ingredients is melted ice cream, and you can use any flavor you like. So, it's time to melt some ice cream! How fun is that?

Turn these two simple ingredients into a sweet, cake-like quick bread that's low in sodium. From chocolate to vanilla to butter pecan to strawberry, no flavor is off limits if it's a full-fat ice cream. Save the non-fat, non-dairy and low-fat ice cream for another time.

All you need to do is melt the ice cream, mix it with the other ingredient (self-rising flour) then bake it up until a toothpick comes out clean. Amazing! Serve this easy quick bread as a snack or a side dish or even for dessert any day of the week.
