10-Minute Pasta Recipe With Creamy Artichoke Sauce Has Just 3 Ingredients (It's So Good!) Pasta Dinner
This easy pasta recipe was inspired by 30Seconds community member Susan Evind. She replaced artichokes in her favorite artichoke dip recipe with a jar of artichoke bruschetta. Genius! I took this idea and created a simple artichoke pasta recipe that is on the table in 10 minutes. The bruschetta topping or artichoke tapenade packs so much flavor, you don't need a lot of ingredients.
Cuisine: Italian
Prep Time: 0 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 4 to 6
Ingredients
- 1 package (12 to 16 ounces) spaghetti noodles or your favorite pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 1 jar (6 to 7 ounces) artichoke bruschetta topping or artichoke tapenade (you could also use artichoke pesto or artichoke paste)
- 1/2 to 1 cup heavy cream
Here's how to make it:
- Combine the artichoke bruschetta or tapenade and heavy cream. Stir to combine. Bring to a low simmer. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Stir in the cooked spaghetti. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
