Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups natural peanut butter
- 1 - 2 teaspoons hot sauce (or to taste)
- 2 limes, juiced
- chopped peanuts, for garnish
Here's how to make it:
- Cook the onion in the butter in a soup pot until soft, about 5 to 6 minutes. Add the flour and cook about 2 minutes, stirring.
