• 2 tablespoons cornstarch (heaping)

1. Put the wings into a large bowl. Add the oil and toss to coat. 
2. Sprinkle in the lemon pepper and cornstarch. Toss to coat. 
3. Put the wings in a single layer on baking sheets. For easier cleanup, cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
4. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 45 minutes or until cooked through and crispy. Serve. Store any leftover wings covered in the fridge.
