- Korean-style short ribs
Marinade
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame oil or canola oil
Here's how to make them:
- Combine all the marinade ingredients in a plastic zipper bag. Add the short ribs and marinate at least 1 hour and up to overnight.
- When ready to cook, remove the ribs from the marinade. Cook on a hot indoor grill, outdoor grill or in a cast iron skillet for about 3 minutes per side.
