To make these creamy, tart, low-sodium cranberry treats you will need phyllo dough shells, brie cheese and cranberry sauce. The rosemary sprigs are an optional garnish that make them extra festive. You bake them up and, in only about 10 minutes, you've got a lovely vegetarian snack. So quick and easy!

  • 2 boxes small phyllo dough shells (about 28 shells)
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce, canned or homemade (try this homemade cranberry sauce recipe)
  • rosemary sprigs, for garnish (optional)

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in the oven to make them crispy. 

Here's how to make it:

  1. Put the phyllo shells onto a baking sheet. Place about 1/2 a teaspoon of brie into each shell. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven and top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Garnish with rosemary sprigs, if desired. Serve.
