Cayenne Pepper Oil Recipe: How to Make Infused Cayenne Oil & the Health Benefits of Cayenne Peppers Sauces/Condiments
After learning the health benefits of cayenne peppers, I started looking for ways to incorporate more into my diet (and even started growing them). These health benefits included:
- reducing hunger
- lowing blood pressure
- aiding in digestion
- relieving pain
- reducing cancer risk
Pretty impressive, right? This easy cayenne chili oil recipe can be drizzled on any dish to add a little spice.
You'll need:
- 1 cup grapeseed oil
- 3 - 4 fresh cayenne peppers, sliced
- 1 large clove garlic, sliced
Here's how to make it:
Combine the oil, peppers and garlic in a small saucepot. Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to sit for about an hour.
Pour the oil through a mesh strainer. Store in an airtight container or oil dispenser.
