Lavender tea is naturally caffeine free and has many health benefits. Making hot or cold lavender tea is really simple. Try using loose lavender tea instead of teabags and invest in a tea infuser or teapot. You won't regret it after the first sip.

Total Time: 5 minutes to 2 hours

Hot Brewed Lavender Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon loose lavender tea
  • 8 ounces hot water
  1. Put the tea into a tea infuser. 
  2. Pour the hot water into a mug and steep the tea for 5 minutes.

Cold Brewed Lavender Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon loose lavender tea
  • 8 ounces cold water
  1. Put the tea into a tea infuser. 
  2. Steep the tea in the water for at least 2 hours.

To make a pitcher, put about 4 - 5 teaspoons to 32 ounces of water. Allow to steep up to 6 hours.
