Ingredients

Hereโ€™s how to make them:

  1. Combine the oil, lite soy sauce, ketchup, honey and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Put the chicken wings on a foil-covered baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over and toss to coat.
  3. Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 45 to 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is caramelized. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
