- 16 ounces (1 box) spice cake mix
- 15 ounces (1 can) pumpkin puree

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. (For even more pumpkin flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice to the batter before baking. Use pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.)
- Pour into a loaf pan that’s been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 35 to 40 minutes. Store the bread in an airtight container on the counter.
