Here's an easy Clover Club recipe to try. Substitute grenadine or strawberry syrup if you're not a fan of raspberries.
You'll need:
- 2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce raspberry syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Here’s how to make it:
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker that’s filled with ice.
- Shake! Strain into a martini glass, coupe glass or cocktail glass. Serve.
