You'll need:
- 1 large jicama, peeled
- olive oil
- smoked paprika
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt
Here’s how to make them:
- Cut the peeled jicama into fries and put into a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Toss to coat.
- Put onto a baking sheet in one layer. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 30 minutes.
- Turn them over and continue to cook until crispy and browned, about 20-25 minutes longer. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
