Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- black pepper to taste (optional)
- 1/4 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
