Badda-bing! This watermelon puree ice pops recipe is delicious, healthy and super easy to make. Homemade watermelon ice pops are a fun way to beat the heat with no high fructose syrup or dyes. You can experiment with other fruits and flavors.

A bonus? This watermelon puree makes for an awesome martini or watermelon margarita! Or, kids can use it for slush drinks – just mix with crushed ice. Simple and fun!

Servings: 10 to 12

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a small seedless watermelon, cut into chunks 
  • juice of one small lime
  • 4 mint leaves (optional)

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Puree the watermelon in a blender.
  2. Add lime juice and mint leaves, if desired. Puree again.
  3. Pour into ice pop molds or use paper cups and craft sticks.
  4. Freeze for 3 hours or until set.
