Roasting then frying breadfruit is so easy. Here's how!

  • Place the breadfruit in a 375-degree F oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on the size. 
  • Peel it. 
  • Slice it. 
  • Fry it quickly in cooking oil. 
  • Sprinkle with salt.
