Recipe Notes

  • To add color and make it look more festive, sprinkle the carrots with chopped fresh parsley.
  • If you are a garlic lover, you can add more garlic to the recipe. Go for it!

Here's how you make it:

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook about 1 minute, stirring, until fragrant.
  2. Line a baking sheet or baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Lay the carrots on the foil.
  3. Pour the garlic butter over the carrots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for 15 to 25 minutes, or until almost tender, turning carrots one time. (Cooking time depends on how big your carrots are.)
  5. Top with the cheese and cook another 5 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.

I think these dishes at a lot of zest do some things that we normally seen in refrigerator and we don't know what to do with it this provides a new outlet for more inviting and interesting ways to prepare a vegetable that we have sort of put on the side I hope we make more and perhaps I can share some more in a few in the near future
