What's a girl to do when she needs something healthy and sweet? Make this easy dip! The recipe makes about 2 cups of dip. Great to save in your fridge for during the week or, if your child's school allows peanuts, a great addition for lunch boxes.
You’ll need:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (or a little more if you'd like)
Here’s how you make it:
- Mix all the ingredients together. Sprinkle with peanuts, if desired.
- Serve with sliced apples (I like Red Delicious).
