Zoodles are zucchini "noodles" – and a fun, fresh and healthy alternative to pasta. Spiralized zucchini are…

  • a way to increase vegetables in your diet
  • an alternative to pasta
  • gluten free
  • grain free
  • wheat free
  • low carb
  • healthy and nutritious
  • inexpensive
  • easy to prepare
  • unprocessed
  • Paleo
  • vegan

I don’t even cook mine. Zoodles save me from being in the kitchen for a few hours. The spiralizer tool can range from $10 to $150, depending on where you purchase and the brand name you choose. Just like many other items, the most expensive does not always signify the best product, producing the best results. Shop around.

Which spiralizer do you recommend, Chef Gigi Gaggero? I'm going to buy one.

Hi Donna , I have two- the one that fits in the palm of your hand-- and the horizontal machine you hand crank - I use the hand crank most often-- and its super fun! it produces fast results. Your grandchild can help with that one too- just remember --pushing the vegetable and applying pressure towards the blade while cranking will give you the best results. The crank machine also does other veggies really good too. It makes angel hair and spaghetti size as well as flat large spirals for salads. Practice a few times to get it just right then... letter rip! Have fun!
