The ingredients are put into a bowl, stirred well, poured into a pie crust and baked. So quick and easy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup pecans
- pie shell (not baked)
Here's how you make it:
- Put all ingredients into a bowl. (If you don't have evaporated milk, you would use whole milk or half and half.)
- Stir until sugar has dissolved.
- Pour into an uncooked pie shell.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for about 40 to 50 minutes. Store any leftover pie in an airtight container on the counter.
