If you are looking for a simple weeknight meal that is creamy and delicious, you have to try this lazy chicken alfredo lasagna recipe. This shortcut recipe has a few great, well, shortcuts, like using premade ravioli instead of lasagna, jarred sauce and pre-shredded cheese to make your life easier.
I love that this lazy chicken alfredo lasagna recipe is made in a 13x9-inch baking pan so there is plenty for most families, and some of us even get yummy leftovers. This wonderful high-protein dinner recipe is prepped in just 10 minutes, so as soon as the oven was hot I popped it right in.
There are only seven ingredients in this lazy white lasagna recipe, which makes the shopping list very short and easy. I used ground turkey in our lasagna, but feel free to leave out the meat entirely if you want a vegetarian option. Here is your shopping list for this easy Italian-inspired pasta dinner: ground chicken or turkey, fresh garlic, a jar of alfredo sauce, a bag of frozen cheese ravioli, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese (read about the health benefits of cheese).
Serve this creamy ravioli lasagna made with ravioli for dinner with your favorite side dishes. We like hot sourdough bread or bread sticks and a nice garden salad with one of my five-minute salad dressings.
