Holy Guacamole! It's so Easy to Make This Tasty Guac Recipe! by Elisa Schmitz
Avocados are rich in vitamins and minerals, and even provide an energy boost. But not many kids would reach for an avocado and just eat it! Give them a bowl of guacamole, however, and they'll go to town. So teach them how to make it! It's really easy.
- Scoop out the ripe fruit and mash it with a fork.
- Add onions, tomatoes, cilantro, any seasonings you like (and even salsa).
- Blend all the ingredients together.
That's it! Major yum! Serve the guacamole with cucumber slices or baked chips. Makes a great appetizer or side dish!
