Ingredients
- juice from 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 inches fresh turmeric root, peeled and grated fine

- Fresh turmeric root is available in most grocery stores in the produce department.
- Store the vinaigrette in an airtight container, mason jar or salad dressing cruet in the fridge.
- The vinaigrette will separate while sitting, so shake well before using.
- For more flavor, and even more nutrition, add a minced or pressed clove of garlic.
