Birthday Parties: How to Use Desserts to Set the Tone & Make It Fun for Kids!

With three kids, this 30Second Mom is always looking for ways to throw a rocking birthday bash or other types of parties. Here are some ideas!

  • I found it's great to put together a dessert table where kids can grab the treats that look good to them. It's colorful and fun and sets the tone of the party.
  • Incorporate the gift bags onto the table so kids can grab one on their way out the door.
  • Don't just stop at birthday parties! Try pink and red treats for Valentine's Day, green treats for St. Patrick's Day, etc.

Make the table this fun and exciting and kids may even want to sit down at it!
