Fresh peaches are the stars of summertime. Ripe peaches are so sweet and juicy, we just can’t get enough of them during the warm weather months – especially in peach pie recipes. We’ve captured all that fresh peach goodness in this easy fresh peach pie sorbet recipe. It’s like a scoop of fresh peach pie in your bowl!
Once you've tried this fresh peach sorbet recipe, we hope you’ll agree that it's the next best thing to a slice of peach pie (or, if you're hot and need a delicious frozen dessert to help you cool down, it may be even better)!
Here are the simple ingredients to make this amazing peach pie " ice cream" recipe: peaches (check out the health benefits of peaches), bananas (check out the health benefits of bananas), yogurt, milk, orange juice, cinnamon, vanilla and honey. You just blend it all up and, in about five minutes, its freezer ready. Freeze for at least five hours or overnight. To make this sorbet dairy-free, you can use dairy-free milk (I used almond milk) and dairy-free yogurt (such as coconut-milk-based yogurt).
So easy, nutritious and delicious as an energizing snack or a light frozen yogurt (fro-yo) dessert
