I was recently at a birthday party and saw a unique vegetable that I had to try. Although I am not the biggest raw cauliflower fan, I snacked on this purple variety happily. I noticed that the kids did as well. In fact, it was the first food to disappear!
Purple cauliflower has the same pigments that put the blue in blueberries, and the same nutritional value as traditional cauliflower.
