Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 cup chopped dill
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Here's to make it:
- Put the chives, dill, garlic, buttermilk, olive oil, lemon juice and mustard into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Stir in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
