I love cucumbers. Unfortunately, for me, they aren't the most versatile vegetable when it comes to recipes. But I found that by simply slicing them into "chips" and sprinkling them with a small pinch of sea salt, they make an amazing snack!
Cucumbers consist of 96 percent water, so they hydrate the body in addition to providing vitamins A, B and C. You can serve your chips with hummus or guacamole for added zest. So next time you're looking for a snack, put down the potato chips and slice up a delicious treat!
