Sinking your teeth into the perfect barbecue rib – moist, juicy, tender – is something you don't soon forget. Smoked and barbecued ribs done on an outside grill are delicious, but sometimes you don't want to be outside or have other things to do while dinner cooks. This easy oven-baked barbecue rib recipe is just what you need.
This baked barbecue pork ribs recipe requires just four ingredients: baby back ribs or pork spareribs, onion powder, garlic powder and barbecue sauce. The ribs are seasoned, wrapped in foil and baked in the oven for about one hour and 15 minutes to juicy, tender perfection.
You can use whatever barbecue sauce you like best for this high-protein recipe. Or, if you want to change things up, try a different sauce like char sui sauce, Korean barbecue sauce or even fruit preserves. Be sure to read about the health benefits of protein.
