For many there was no question – it was a fudgesicle. Instead of chasing down that ice cream truck, why not make them at home so you can enjoy them anytime?
This easy fudgesicle recipe has only two ingredients and is in the freezer in about 5 minutes. So simple! Make a bunch and share with the neighbors.

Total Time: 5 minutes plus 6 hours
Servings: Makes approximately 10
- 1 box (5.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
Here's how to make it:
- Combine the chocolate pudding mix and milk in a bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Pour the mixture into ice pop molds or pour into small plastic cups and insert wooden craft sticks.
- Freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
