The gluten-free ingredient list for this five-minute dill sauce recipe is simple: Greek yogurt, milk, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, sugar and fresh dill. You whisk the low-sodium ingredients together and serve up the sauce with everything from fish to shrimp to chicken to crab cakes to french fries to salads.

This low-sodium dill sauce recipe will keep in the refrigerator for about three to four days. Be sure to stir it before using.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (you could substitute sour cream)
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons minced fresh dill
