• 16 ounces (1 box) yellow cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 16 ounces (1 jar) applesauce

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. If you're a cinnamon lover, throw a teaspoon or two into the mix, just for fun.)
2. Pour into a greased bundt pan. (Grease the bundt pan with vegetable shortening, butter or nonstick cooking spray. Dust the baked cake with cinnamon-sugar or powdered sugar to fancy it up.)
3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 35 to 40 minutes. Cool before serving. Store the cake in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
