5-Ingredient Ground Beef Enchiladas Recipe Is a Budget Dinner Winner

With just five simple ingredients, you can have hot pan of enchiladas on the table. We bet you won't be a single complaint about this cheesy, beefy enchilada recipe. Be sure to print out some copies of the recipe and share. You'll get recipe requests!

The easy beef enchiladas are made with lean ground beef, chunky salsa, enchilada sauce, flour tortillas and shredded cheese. The ground beef is cooked in a skillet until browned, then the salsa is added. One can of enchilada sauce is poured into a baking dish. The salsa and meat mixture is rolled in the flour tortillas and put into the baking dish. Pour the other can of sauce over the top and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Now it takes a quick trip in the oven to get hot and melty.

Of course homemade enchilada sauce is always best, but sometimes it's just not in the cards. You can find good-quality enchilada sauces at the grocery store. Serve these ground beef enchiladas with your favorite side dishes, like guacamole, refried beans or rice.
