Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
Here's how to make it:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
- Shape into meatballs and place into a baking pan.
- Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
