This chicken and bamboo shoots recipe is made with boneless, skinless chicken breasts. The only other ingredients you will need are bamboo shoots, beef broth, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, granulated sugar and cornstarch. The chicken is browned in a skillet, then the sauce ingredients poured in. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens. Done!

Here's how to make it:
- Whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook, stirring, until browned and almost cooked through, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add the bamboo shoots and cook about 2 minutes more.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
