- 3 cups pitted fresh cherries, frozen
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

- Combine the water and sugar in a small saucepot on low heat. Stir until sugar melts. Set aside.
- Put the cherries, sugar water and lime juice into a blender. Puree until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Freeze until solid, at least 2 hours.
