Easy Strawberry Nectarine Baked Oatmeal Recipe: Delicious Baked Oatmeal Bursting With Summer Flavors by Elisa Schmitz
This easy blueberry baked oatmeal recipe has become one of my favorite go-to breakfast recipes because it's so simple and so good. I made my own version of this recipe using fresh strawberries and ripe nectarines. While baking, the strawberries melt into the batter, giving it a slightly pink color with pops of yellow-orange nectarine slices. And the taste is just as colorful – bursting with summer flavors and absolutely delicious!
