Recipe Notes

  • Use whatever chocolate chips you like. Dark chocolate, milk chocolate or semisweet all give the fudge a different flavor profile.
  • If you feel so inclined, throw in a handful of chopped nuts
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container on the counter.
  • Number of servings depends on how big you cut the fudge.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Put the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk into a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high in 30-second increments, stirring after each one, until completely melted and smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8-inch baking pan. Cool completely before cutting into pieces.
