Try this easy copycat Big Mac sauce recipe the next time you grill burgers at home. The burger sauce is made with mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, minced onion, ketchup, yellow mustard, vinegar, sugar, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. That's all she wrote. Simple ingredients you probably already have in your pantry or refrigerator.
Besides on burgers, you can use this copycat recipe on beef or chicken, too. Store the leftover burger sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator. If you want to add a little heat, throw in some minced jalapeno or serrano peppers.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 1 - 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Here's how to make it:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. (If you prefer a sweeter sauce, use sweet pickle relish instead of dill.)
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before using. Store the sauce in an airtight container.
