All the ingredients for this ground beef soup recipe can be kept in the pantry for when you have a taco soup craving. You could freeze the leftover soup for later.
The Mexican soup is made with ground beef, taco seasoning, chili beans, whole kernel corn, pinto beans, stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chiles, chopped green chiles and dry ranch salad dressing mix. After browning the ground beef, all the ingredients are dumped into a large soup pot and simmered together for about 15 minutes. This soup recipe is simple!
Top the ground beef taco soup with chopped avocado, crushed tortilla chips, chopped fresh cilantro, sour cream, chopped red onions, black olives, shredded cheese or even pico de gallo or salsa. This is a delicious 20-minute dinner.

- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomato with green chilies
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
