- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1 box instant lemon pudding mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Here's how you make it:
- Put all ingredients into a bowl and beat for 4 minutes.
- Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 45 minutes.
