- 3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts

- 14 ounces (1 can) corn
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup water
- tortilla chips, for serving (optional)
Here's how to make it:
- Add all items into the slow cooker. (You can use the whole can of corn and the whole can of beans, or just half. You decide. You could add some fresh cilantro to the slow cooker for even more flavor.)
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
