No-Sugar Recipes: This Fizzy Drink Will Keep Kids Happy With No Refined Sugar

Do you know that one Coke contains approximately 9 teaspoons of sugar? Here's my recipe for a fizzy drink with zero sugar.

You'll need:

  • soda water or club soda
  • 100-percent fruit juice (orange, black current elderberry, etc.)
  • fruit (optional)

Here's how to make it:

  1. Pour the fruit juice into a glass.
  2. Add the soda water. Serve with a straw.
