- 8 cups watermelon chunks, seeds removed
- juice of 2 limes
- 1/3 cup sugar
Here's how to make it:
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. You'll have to do this in at least two batches.
- Pour mixture into a 13x9-inch baking pan. Freeze for at least 2 hours, then lightly scrape the top to remove the frozen layer. Leave it in the pan and freeze another 2 hours. Continue scraping until the whole pan has been shaved. Serve in a glass and garnish with a piece of watermelon or slice of lime.
