- 1/2 a small seedless watermelon, cut into chunks
- juice of one small lime
- 4 mint leaves (optional)
Here’s how to make it:
- Puree the watermelon in a blender.
- Add lime juice and mint leaves, if desired. Puree again.
- Pour into ice pop molds or use paper cups and craft sticks.
- Freeze for 3 hours or until set.
