We love to dunk those chips in guac, but have you ever thought of getting your avocado fix with a smoothie? Try this healthy recipe!

You'll need:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup milk or nut milk 
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 3 – 4 tablespoons honey, or to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Here’s how you make it:

  1. Put everything in a blender. 
  2. Pulse until smooth.
