Sick of the sticky mess that goes with measuring peanut butter? Here's a fix!
- Spray or coat the measuring cup with cooking spray, shortening, margarine or oil.
- Fill the measuring cup with the appropriate amount of peanut butter.
- Slide the peanut butter into your mixing bowl.
The peanut butter will come out easily, you’ll get the correct amount of peanut butter in your recipe and cleanup will be a cinch!
I've tried several and they all seem to be smooth. Some you have to mix up really well because the oil is on top. But it definitely is something you have to get used to. I remember the first time I tried it I wasn't sure I was going to like it. Now it's all I eat so it tastes "normal" to me!
