Food Tank, a nonprofit that offers solutions and environmentally sustainable ways of alleviating hunger, obesity and poverty, has put together a reading list to "dig deeper into topics like food justice, gender imbalances in food and cooking, technology and global supply chains, and building greater resilience to threats like climate change and COVID-19. These 22 books can help us to better understand our world, to be inspired by advocates making a difference and to imagine a stronger and more just future for our global food system."
