Ship of Treasures: A Family Game for Ages 8 & Up Invented By Two 10-Year-Olds!

I am so happy to share the great news that my 10-year-old daughter, Olivia Wasilewski, and her classmate, Brynna Siewers, invented a 3D board game called Ship of Treasures. It is a great gift for not only the holidays, but to bring back the good old-fashioned fun of playing a board game. It's a great game to show your kids what fun we used to have playing around a family table, laughing and enjoying time together. And, to show your children and grandchildren that if you put hard work into a project and use your imagination, everything is possible. The game is for two to four players, ages 8 and up. You can buy it at your local Target store or online.

We are also every excited to announce that 10 percent of the girls’ proceeds will go to Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital in memory of their classmate, Sofie Shields, who lost her battle with cancer last year.

On November 17, 2017, Olivia and Brynna won the prestigious 2017 TAGIE Young Inventor of the Year, which took place at Navy Pier in Chicago, the day before the opening of the 10th Annual Chicago Toy and Game Fair (ChiTAG). They also handed a check with their donation to Lurie Children's Hospital.
