Pamper Yourself: 5 Steps to Create a Home Spa & Feel Zen (& Save Money)! by Lauren Moore

Once a month, treat yourself to your own personal spa experience – at home. After the kids are in bed:
- Boil some water and steam your face
- Apply a facial mask
- Put some olive oil in your hair and wrap it in a hot towel
- Soak your feet while you read or watch TV (or if you must, work)
- If you haven’t totally fallen asleep, try to finish it off with a relaxing bubble bath before bed
Come on ladies! It’s not as hard as it sounds and it’s more affordable than paying for each of those treatments at a spa or salon. You’ll be surprised how good you look and feel as a result.
